Midvale House

Situated in the northern part of Seattle, in the Midville neighborhood, the site is located within a multi-family zone. Responding to the rising demand for compact living, the project aspires to provide affordable and efficient townhomes. Density and efficiency in both site and interior planning are crucial. On a 5,000 square foot lot, five townhomes and five parking spaces have been designed, featuring living rooms on the ground floor, flexible space on the top floor, and rooftop gardens.
